How do I switch businesses or bio pages in Viewer?

Use the business selector in the sidebar to switch between your own bio pages or collaborations. If you belong to a team, you will also see your role and the sections you can access for that bio page.

What can I do from the Dashboard?

The Dashboard shows a quick business summary and shortcuts to the main features. From there you can review the general status and jump faster to menu, orders, bio page, and other panel tools.

What can I manage in Restaurants?

In Restaurants you can create and manage your restaurants, link them to a bio page, and work with menu, categories, products, and orders depending on the selected context. It is also the starting point for setting up the business before using other sections.

What can I do in Bio Page?

In Bio Page you can create or edit your public page, organize blocks, connect the restaurant menu, and shape the experience customers will see. From here you also manage the structure of your business public link.

How do QR codes work in Viewer?

You can generate and manage QR codes for the bio page and, when configuration allows it, also table QR codes. QR codes help send customers to the public menu, orders, and related usage and scan stats.

What can I do in Orders or Kitchen?

The Orders or Kitchen section is used to review the active order queue and update its operational status. It helps track the order flow from pending to preparation or delivery depending on the business process.

What can I do in Quick Order or Waiter?

Quick Order lets you manage fast orders, review ready orders, work with open tabs, assign or update customer data, and mark deliveries. It also supports normal QR orders and table QR scenarios within the operational flow.

What can I do in Cash Register?

In Cash Register you can open and close the register, record movements, control sales, expenses, tips, and orders pending payment. It also shows daily summaries to help you balance the restaurant operation.

What does the Today or My Business Today section show?

Today summarizes the daily business operation, such as sales, expenses, estimated profit, today orders, unavailable products, and cash register status. It can also highlight the dish of the day and make it easier to share the public menu.

What can I review in Analytics?

Analytics helps you review metrics and performance summaries for your bio pages and restaurants. It is useful for understanding usage, business behavior, and the evolution of your digital assets.

What can I do in Clients?

In Clients you can review saved customers, edit their information, delete them if needed, and check advanced data related to their activity. There is also support for birthday campaign information and commercial follow-up.

What can I do in Reviews?

The Reviews section lets you view restaurant reviews, reply to them, and manage settings related to that experience. It is useful for monitoring reputation, feedback, and comment visibility based on the active configuration.

What can I do in Marketing?

In Marketing you can review campaigns, inspect customers for commercial actions, and work with promotion features related to the selected restaurant or bio page. It is the area designed for growth, reactivation, and customer communication.

What can I do in Suppliers and Tables?

Suppliers is used to manage business suppliers. Tables lets you manage tables and support flows such as table QR orders or dining room operations. Both sections help organize internal operations more efficiently.

What can I do in Team?

In Team you can invite members, assign bio pages, define roles, and remove access when necessary. The system controls member limits and clearly shows which permissions each collaborator has inside the business.

What can I do with Rewards?

Rewards lets you review your points wallet, active rewards, transactions, and referral history. Depending on the available configuration, it can also include point purchases and reward redemption within the system.

What can I do in Profitability and Loyalty?

Profitability helps you understand business profitability, revenue, costs, or margins. Loyalty focuses on the customer loyalty program, including point settings, reward rules, and tracking of related transactions.

What can I do in Settings?

In Settings you can update account data, change email, change password, upload or remove your avatar, review plan and billing sections, enable or disable tutorials, and, if applicable, start actions related to account deletion.

What is the profile area and sidebar notifications for?

From the sidebar profile area you can quickly access your personal information. The notifications panel centralizes team invitations, changelog updates, and shortcuts to accept, reject, or review platform updates.

Why can I not see some sections in Viewer?

Visibility depends on the assigned role, the selected bio page, and the plan limits. If you are a collaborator, you will only see the areas allowed by your roles. If features are missing, review team permissions, account limits, or business configuration.
